Got pig shaped bacon! Goes perfectly with their pig decor. We go here every so often and the food is always good. Love the skillet, pancakes are huge (even the kids meal), Saturday special of smoked salmon eggs Benedict was very delicious! Looking forward to their patio opening in May.
Great food, good service, terrible parking. This was my first time at Country Cottage. We arrived around 10am on a Sunday and there weren't any spaces in the parking lot. Cars were parked on both sides of the street. I was expecting at least a 30 minute wait, judging by the amount of cars. We were seated in less than 5 minutes. We had the steak and eggs and the hearty man breakfast. The portions were very large.
The first time I went there was on Mother's Day 2026. This is such a cute place. The food was great. Pretty decent portions and prices. Between us all we had crepes, bacon, sausage, Belgian waffles, hash browns, home fries and a reuben sandwich with fries. All was great tasting! The only negative thing I can say is that they need to understand their expected wait time for seating better. You can't make reservations or call ahead, so there is just a line outside the door. We called before going there to ask the expected time frame for a table and was told 20 mins. When we arrived, we went to the front of the line just to ask the time frame again and was again told 20 mins. We ended up waiting over an hour. I understand that sometimes times are hard to gauge, esp. on a holiday. But they are the ones with the experience who should have an idea of the turnover. I am hoping that maybe it was just an inexperienced waitress who told us this, but I can't help to feel that maybe that's just a canned answer as to not lose customers. The other thing I noticed is that there were open, clean tables, but it took quite a while to seat people at the tables for some reason. All in all, this is a great place that I would def recommend. I know holidays make it tough, and honestly, if I didn't stay, I would've most likely had a longer wait somewhere else...maybe.
The restaurant was exceptionally beautiful. They added on a house to the dining area and now there are two floors in addition to thd regular seating area. The food was outstanding, the service was just as good, and talking w/ the owner (Richard) to hear the story of the place was really enlightening. 100% coming back! GO BILLS!
Great food, great service! On weekends a bit of a wait at times but well worth it! I never wait anywhere so that says alot!
Went for breakfast today, and ordered an egg and sausage sandwich, 10.29, and a steak breakfast, 16.49, Prices were reasonable and food was great.
We just tried this place for the first time and I am upset we didn’t go there sooner. The food was amazing, prices good, charming, portion sizes are huge and friendly staff. We got omelettes that were delicious and then split an order of French toast and the portions were so big we each took half the omelettes home and only split one French toast and took the other home. Heated it up for lunch the next day and it was still delicious as leftovers. Highly recommend! We will be back :)

My family and I tried this place for the first time on the Friday before the 4th, and let me tell you, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and kind. Our waitress Miranda was so sweet and attentive. There were lots of people there and I was amazed that every waitress seemed to have a smiling face still. Delicious breakfast, orders were correct. We will definitely be back 💜
Absolutely loved this place! Felt like I was eating in grandma's kitchen! Obsessed with the piggy theme & prices are just right! Can't wait to go again! Highly recommend!
